SOF Paddle Silicone Swimming Hand Paddles – Soft Resistance Training Gear – Improve Stroke Catch & Prevent Shoulder Injury

WHY CHOOSE paddle?

Are you tired of shoulder pain after using rigid plastic paddles? Traditional hard paddles force your shoulder joint to take the load, leading to “Swimmer’s Shoulder” injuries.

The is paddle is different.

• Injury Prevention First: Made from ultra-flexible silicone, the paddle bends slightly under pressure. This forces your swimming muscles to do the work, not your delicate shoulder joints.

• Train Harder, Longer: Minimize the risk of injury so you can maintain high-volume training sessions safely.

KEY FEATURES & BENEFITS:

✅ Premium Soft Silicone Material:

Comfortable against the skin, durable, and provides the perfect amount of flex for a natural feel in the water.

✅ Unique “Thumb-Out” Design:

Unlike full-hand paddles, your thumb stays free. This promotes optimum hand placement and ensures a more natural entry and catch phase of your stroke.

✅ Maximize Your Stroke “Catch”:

The design increases surface area to build strength, while the flexibility enhances your “feel” for the water, helping you develop a more efficient pull.
